Tom McCone’s consultative sales approach and his emphasis on client education has earned him a solid reputation as much more than just another plan provider. In conjunction with years of insurance and employee benefits experience with a nationally recognized insurance company, he founded McCone Insurance Group in 1986 to assist business clients with their employee benefit needs. He obtained his Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) designation in 1999.
Tom is committed to providing clients and staff with the technological, educational and human resources necessary to stay abreast of the increasing cost, legislative burdens and complexity of today’s welfare benefit plans. The “team” approach between MIG and its clients sustains a standard of personalized service and successful outcomes.
Sharee Hooper is MIG’s Director of Business Development. With 20+ years of Worksite benefits experience, she brings a unique understanding of the needs facing today’s rank and file employees and the most effective means of communicating their options in a manner consistent with their financial means. In her spare time Sharee enjoys playing golf, spending time with her daughter and actively participating in her church’s activities
Ginny Thompson joined McCone Insurance Group in 2007. As an associate financial representative, she has experience in individual products and group benefits. Ginny has worked in the insurance industry for 37 years. After spending 22 years with Prudential Insurance, she worked for IPS Advisors, Texas BancPartners and TexCap-Concord. Ginny holds several designations through the Life Office Management Association, including FLMI, ACS, AIAA and AIRC.
Patti joins McCone Insurance Group with over 25 years’ of experience as an associate agent with a major national insurer. As an account representative with MIG since 2003, she interfaces with clients to maintain up-to-date records on census, in-force policies, preparation of RFP’s and client issue resolution.
Patti is a Registered Health Underwriter’s (RHU) candidate with the American College, and is on the Board of her homeowner’s association.
